Welcome! The Naples Improvement Association (NIA) hosts this site and welcomes comments or suggestions. The NIA is a non-profit, volunteer organization. Since the NIA's inception in 1928, it has been dedicated to promoting and protecting the civic and social interest of the Naples Islands community. The officers are elected at a general membership meeting held yearly, and meet each month to discuss and take action on matters which involve the interest and rights of the community.

NIA Board Meeting's are the 1st Thursday of the month, 7:00pm at the LBYC, unless otherwise noted.The next meeting is June 5th, 2008. We invite all residents to attend. If you would like to present an issue, please provide the topic to us with at least 7 days notice. This will enable us time to get you on the agenda. "Due to the amount of information we cover in each meeting, we ask that your presentation be no more than 5 minutes." Thank you and we look forward to your participation!
