DATE: Saturday, June 9, 2007
TIME: Vendors will arrive, unload and set-up from 5:30
a.m. to 6:00 a.m. All vehicles must be removed from the Colonnade by 6:30 a.m.
HOURS: The Pancake Breakfast, Fun Run and Craft Fair
will be ongoing
from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m
FEES: The fee for each 10x10 foot space is $25.00.
Payment is due
before June 1, 2007. Make check payable to NIA
SPACES: Spaces will be assigned by a committee chairman.
Each outdoor
space is approximately 10 x 10 feet on the sidewalk area of The
Colonnade. Vendors MUST provide their own booth, table, chairs,
etc., and NO power is provided. Insofar as the Pancake Breakfast
is held in a residential area, no public restrooms are available.
There is a Rite-Aid store in walking distance where you may use
the restroom. Your booth must be attended at all times, NIA will
not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage sustained by
vendors.
PARKING: There will be no parking on The Colonnade.
Vendors will
be asked to unload at the cook station. Cars must then be
relocated around the corner to Neapolitan Lane East or
Neapolitan Lane West
PLEASE NOTE: ITEMS MUST BE HANDCRAFTED AND FAMILY ORIENTED
REFUNDS: We will refund your participation fee only if we are able to find
a replacement for your space
ALL VEHICLES MUST BE OUT OF THE COLONNADE BY 6:30 A.M... SHARP!! |
